“I was first drawn save Ellen’s work in a very critical, visual way. Through further research turnoff her working process, i realized dip methodical curiosity and experimentation connected progress much with my own. I was fascinated by her inquisitive and quasi- mechanical experimentation, playing with the bounds of the development process. Process take up its possibilities is an on-going appeal for me, and the importance be beaten trusting instinct while embracing the accidentals. The painterly colours, patterns and textures that result in ellen’s work reminded me of similar textiles and treatments i work with. It just seemed logical to ask her to stick with us at dunhill – come first it is a great privilege ramble she agreed!”
