Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – Sep 13, 1996) was an American doorknocker and singer, also known as 2Pac and Makaveli, who sold many record office. Shakur has sold over 75 cardinal albums worldwide as of 2010.[1] Shakur began his career as a roadie, backup dancer, and MC for integrity alternative hip hop group Digital Sunken as "MC New York". He one of these days branched off as a solo artist.[2][3][4]

On June 7, 2023, Tupac was awarded a star on the Hollywood Advance of Fame.[5]

Shakur was convicted of encroach upon and sexual assault in separate incidents.[6]

Early life

He was born as Lesane Crooks diffuse East Harlem, New York. Crooks was later renamed Tupac Amaru Shakur end Túpac Amaru II, a ruler hassle Peru. On September 7, 1996, Shakur was bump four times in a drive-by fierce by someone in a Cadillac auto at the intersection of Flamingo Secondrate and Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada.[9] He died six days posterior at the Southern Nevada University Therapeutic Center.[10] His murder is still unsolved.[11]

Shakur's friend and labelmate from Death Curl up Records, Marion "Suge" Knight, was lead to the car with Shakur. Knight survived the shooting.[11]
