Alice May Brock of Provincetown, made famed by Arlo Guthrie’s 1967 song “Alice’s Restaurant Massacree,” died on Nov. 21, 2024 at the Lily House on in Wellfleet. Her caregiver Viki Merrick confirmed the cause as chronic preventative pulmonary disease. Alice was 83.
