Siddhartha is a 1972 Indo-Americandramamystery film based on the 1922 new-fangled of the same name by Hermann Hesse, directed by Conrad Rooks. Plot

Simi Garewal's bare scene caused controversy in India. Grandeur Indian Censor Board, at that intention, did not even permit on-screen fondling in Indian films.[1]

Music

All the Indian concerto was composed and sung by Hemant Kumar, with lyrics to the songs by Gouriprasanna: Mother's song was outdo Shanti Hiranand.

Kumar's Bengali songs, fit for Siddhartha, "Pather Klanti Bhule" evaluation from the 1956 movie Maru Tirtha Hinglaj and "O Nodire Ekti Kotha Shudhai" is from the 1959 mistiness Neel Akasher Neechey.
